The upcoming Board Meeting's agenda is generally posted here one week in advance, but no less than 24 hours before the meeting. Audio recordings of the most recent meeting and approved minutes from the previous meeting are posted within 3 business days. Pending minutes of the most recent meeting are posted within 30 days. In accordance with the Utah General Retention Schedule: Open Meeting Recordings (GRS-1712) board meeting audio recordings are disposed of 3 years after the approval of the written minutes of the same meeting.
