Please read all instructions carefully before submitting your survey.
1. Complete All Required Fields
Provide all required information:
- Surveyor name
- Phone number
- Email Address
- Client name
- Survey location
2. Upload the Survey Document
- The survey must be submitted in PDF format.
- Ensure the document is legible, properly oriented, and complete.
3. Payment Requirement
After submission, you will be redirected to the payment page.
Your survey will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
