Sex Offender Registry

The Duchesne County Sherriff's Office Sex Offender Registry Office is proud to serve the citizens of the Duchesne County. The Sex Offender Registry Office consists of personnel who are dedicated and committed to serving the citizens of Duchesne County while making sure that all registered Sex and Child Abuse Offenders stay in Compliance with the Utah State Offender Laws. As part of our continued efforts to make sure the Duchesne County is safe, we have a dedicated deputy who is constantly monitoring and tracking all the registered Sex and Child Abuse Offenders who are out of compliance or no longer on Probation /Parole.

The main goal of the Sex Offender Registry is to provide the citizens of Duchesne County with a high professional level of service. Duchesne County likes to hear from residents that aide our law enforcement deputies with defenders who are in non-compliance with the Utah Sex Offender Registry. Anyone with information related to a sex offender or child abuse offender that is not on the registry website is encouraged to contact the Duchesne County Sherriff's Office Registry at sherriff@duchesne.utah.gov or (435) 738-2015.

Investigations

The main goal of the Investigations Division is to provide the citizens of Duchesne County with a professional high level of detective work, victim understanding and professionalism. The community plays a large role in assisting law enforcement with ongoing and old criminal investigations. Anyone with information related to criminal activity is encouraged to contact the Sherriff's Office.
