The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office provides service for all types of civil process. We do not provide forms or templates for civil process or legal advice. The Utah State online court assistance program gives detailed information that answers frequently asked questions and also has outlines, links and forms to assist with obtaining the civil process to be served (including evictions).
