We do have online subscription services. Please note that this is a subscription service. We do not offer a one-time use for our system. The services we offer are as follows:
- Grantor - Grantee Search back to 1985
- Documents scanned and available back to 03/20/1989. Entry number search. We are working to get all of our documents online and we are daily uploading older documents. (We do not upload documents by request, we upload documents as we get to them.)
- We have all of our handwritten index pages scanned in from Patent to 12/31/14.
- Digital index available from 3/23/2009 forward. (Date changes weekly as more entries are proofread and corrected.)
- We have all of our Survey maps scanned in and available.
We offer two different subscription types please read a brief description of both below.
- Basic Subscription $20.00 per month with a $20.00 set up fee, both are required upon first time set up. With our basic subscription you have access to all of the services listed above. Your subscription comes with 100 page views at $0.10 per page. Anything over the 100 pages is charged at $0.12 per page.
- Professional Subscription $40.00 per month with a $20.00 set up fee, both are required upon first time set up. With our professional subscription, you have access to all of the services listed above. Your subscription comes with 300 page views at $0.10 per page. Anything over the 300 pages is charged at $0.12 per page.
If the documents that you are trying to get are not in our system yet, you will need to come into our office or have someone come into our office and obtain a copy in person.
If you are interested in gaining access to our subscription services please download our contract from the link below and email it to BOTH email addresses listed on the contract.
