Recorder Duties
The operations of the County Recorder are all specified by and required by state law. The Recorder is elected to a four-year term. He/she records documents and maps and also maintains cross-reference indexes to these records. The office provides for the subsequent retrieval of records for public viewing and produces copies and certifications of the records. |
Parcels and Plats
Duchesne County Parcels/Plats are now available to view online. These parcels are being made available for a test period. During this period we would like the public’s input on the use of this site and data. We will be refining and making updates to the data during this test period. At such time as we deem the data ready, we will remove it from the test phase, and put it into a subscription form. |
