Duchesne County Geographic Information System (GIS)
The Duchesne County Geographic Information System (GIS) Services is responsible for the development and maintenance of the County’s digital mapping and GIS spatial data program. The goal is to provide advanced interactive mapping and data services to County departments, local governments, citizens and businesses. With a geographic information system (GIS), you can link information (attributes) to visual models, such as people to addresses, buildings to parcels, or streets within a network. You can then layer that information to give you a better understanding of how it all works together. You choose what layers to combine based on what questions you need to answer.
On this website you will be able to find a variety of maps that have been produced over the past few years. As this website progresses, we will continue to add maps and data when they are completed. Over time the accuracy of this information will also increase as we continue to collect and enhance that data.
