The Community Development Department plans and guides growth in Duchesne County.
The Community Development Department prepares and administers the County's primary planning documents; administers County zoning, subdivision, flood zoning prevention, nuisance, and solid waste ordinances; advises on public land issues; and supports various boards, commissions, and committees.
