Floodplain Management
Duchesne County is defined by its many waterways, rivers, and lakes. The locations of our most populated communities are anchored to a history of river and water access. To ensure safe and responsible development, the Community Development Department administers its Flood Damage Prevention ordinance as part of the Zoning Regulation throughout unincorporated County.
