Board of Adjustment (defunct)

The Duchesne County Planning Commission acts as the de facto Board of Adjustment. They hear variance requests from the Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance and appeals of administrative decisions made by the Zoning Administrator. A land use application form submitted to the Planning Division, deemed complete by division staff, any associated application fee paid, shall be placed on the next Planning Commission meeting agenda for consideration.
