2024 Fee Schedule for Community Development
In a resolution on December 4, 2023, the Duchesne County Commission adopted revised zoning and subdivision fees for the Duchesne County Community Development Department. The new fee schedule, effective January 1, 2024, is as follows:

| Plat Amendment | $250.00 |
| Conditional Use Permit | $200.00` |
| Appeal of Planning Commission Decision | $200.00 |
| Variance from Zoning Ordinance | $200.00 |
| Zoning District Change/ Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment | $250.00 |
The Community Development Department maintains fees to recover a portion of the required material, postage, advertisement, and service costs incurred as part of the zoning and subdivision administration process. The last fee revision for the Department occurred 18 years ago in 2006.
