Board of Adjustment
Below are a list of people who have been appointed by the County Commission to sit on the Board of Adjustment. They meet on an as-needed basis at the County Administrative Offices, at 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah. The meetings are open to the public. They hear variance requests from the Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance and appeals of administrative decisions made by the Zoning Administrator.
