Planning & Zoning
The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for overseeing the Subdivision Development process, Zoning, Conditional Use Permits, Public Lands Use Committe, and Road Requests. These are done through our office to be heard by the Planning & Zoning Commission. They meet the first Wednesday of each month.
We also oversee any requests to be heard by the Board of Adjustment.
