Absentee Voting
Any person who is registered to vote may vote by absentee ballot.
An Absent-Voter application may be obtained by calling (435) 738-1228,
OR
by printing an application for an absent-voter ballot (PDF Format), completing the application and returning it to:

If you are requesting an Absentee-Voter Ballot by mail, please allow enough time for the mail service prior to the election.
